Ok there is a blog called favfamilyrecipes.blogspot.com. I got it from my friend Lindsey. It has great recipes and easy!!! Check it out! I just made the "Cafe Rio pulled pork burritos". I have only been to Utah about 5 times but there is a restaurant called Cafe Rio there. Great mexican food. I made it last night and it turned out! If you are anything like me, easy, fast and good is what I like! Enjoy:)

Thank you for sharing this site April...it is great and I have posted it on my blog. I love Cafe Rio and always get a pulled pork salad when I am home. I noticed that she even has the dressing for the salad...thank you!!!!
